We will assist with all interview requirements, be in Digital or onsite, ensuring that both our candidate and our client are comfortable with the process. Should the candidate pass the interview stage we will run the necessary background and reference checks.
We manage all Contract negotiations between our candidate and our client to ensure the paperwork and administration is complete timeously.
We want to make sure that we drive the whole process home by making sure that all their required admin is conculde before our candidate is offically onboarded. We also assist our candiates to find their way around by making the necessary first introductions.
