1. Understand our Client's requirements
We take the necessary time to fully understand our client's recruitment and skills requirements, conduct the necessary job analysis so that we can create a tailored job posting. This palys a big role in helping us find the right candidate that fits from a skills requirement, personality, attitude, values, and culture perspective. This is to ensure that we enbale career growth for our candidates, and that each placement brings value and business growth to our clients.
2. Candidate sourcing
We have a growing database of candiadtes and we use other channels to find the-best-in-the-market candidates. We will screen each candidate before we present their CV to our clients.
3. Skills matching
We ensure that all our candidates are a match not only from an experience perspective but also in terms of our client's skills needs.
4. Manage the interview process
We will assist with all interview requirements, be in Digital or onsite, ensuring that both our candidate and our client are comfortable with the process. Should the candidate pass the interview stage we will run the necessary background and reference checks.
5. Contract negotiations management
We manage all Contract negotiations between our candidate and our client to ensure the paperwork and administration is complete timeously.
6. Introduction & Onboarding
We want to make sure that we drive the whole process home by making sure that all their required admin is conculde before our candidate is offically onboarded. We also assist our candiates to find their way around by making the necessary first introductions.
